{Julieta's Quinceanera}

Over the last fifteen years, my daughter’s birthday party has turned into a highly anticipated event. Family and Friends awaited her Quinceanera anxiously; I knew that this milestone required a professional level of planning and coordination. Aimee Cruz and her assistant Jacqui turned our event into an unforgettable experience; they took care of every detail and were sensitive to all our requests. Aimee’s help was not constrained to specific tasks or schedules; she was flexible to take a wide array of jobs and was with us through the duration of the event (which was an all-day affair!). A Quinceanera can be as elaborate as a wedding; Aimee helped us plan every moment of this day and kept the entire event on track from beginning to end. We were faced with a number of unforeseen situations; Aimee was assertive taking control and adjusting our plans accordingly. All our guests were fascinated with the party; we were able to enjoy every moment and cherish the experience in our hearts. I delegated the responsibility of the event to Aimee the day before and in return she made me feel like the guest of honor. Not only was the event perfect; I was actually able to enjoy every part of the day and spend quality time with friends and family who came from various parts of the country. I highly recommend Aimee; she connects well with the kids and is sensitive to the parents’ concerns (including the budget). Working with Aimee was by far the best decision in this journey; she exceeded my expectations and set the bar high for future events.

Among some of the most memorable details are: custom made invites, menus, programs and seating cards; church and venue decoration, including arrangement of center pieces, signing book and registration table; coordination of events including entourage, father-daughter dance and speeches; escorted celebrant to every table and instructed photographer to capture a moment with all guests. On the practical and not so glamorous side of things, Aimee handled special arrangements due to unexpected summer rain; kept DJ on track of play list; safeguarded gifts and final payments; packed gifts and various decorative artifacts. Aimee used her skills to cover for the choreographer, negotiate alternative location at the part (due to unexpected rain) and showed up with custom breakfast request!
